Composition:Polyester non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin, adhesive
Mainly Use:Water Swellable tapes are designed to prevent water penetration into fibre optic, copper data/telecom and power cables. 
Super Absorbent Polymers gives these tapes best performance as soon as the water contacts to the tape. Water swellable tapes are proven as a replacement for conventional filling gels in optical fiber cables.
